Our mission is to ensure that no one has to start the day tired or with back pain. At the same time, we are committed to the environment by making mattresses more durable, easier to care for and fully recyclable.

From Master's thesis to start-up
Over 2/3 of the Swiss population are not satisfied with the quality of their sleep and 1 million mattresses are disposed of in Switzerland every year.
In 2019, product designer and researcher Joel Hügli tackled these problems as part of his master's thesis and developed solutions for back-friendly and recyclable mattresses. The results were shared with the public and received various awards, but the desired change in the industry still failed to happen.
As a result, Joel Hügli decided to found his own start-up in 2023 to make the bedroom more comfortable and sustainable with ecomade mattresses.
